What are their top 3 problems?

Think about what their top 3 problems are in their life and business? What are they trying to escape from? What do they wish was gone or that they had less of? What are they suffering from or what do they want to fix?

E.g. lack of sales, generating leads is hard work, no idea where to start
E.g. uncertainty about the future of your business, advertising doesn’t seem to work, working long hours
E.g. not spending enough time at home, bored at work, don’t have time to cook

What are their top 3 goals?

Where do they want to be? What’s the end game in their mind? What are they working towards and what do they wish they had now? If you could provide a roadmap/plan for them, where would that roadmap take them?

E.g. generate $100,000 in sales per year, grow their YouTube channel, drive more sales, sell the business
E.g. hire more staff, sell a $10,000 project, retire by 35, write a book
E.g. expand into new markets, define a niche, create $10K pm in recurring revenue, spend more time at home
What do you see lots of your audience and customers trying and failing at? Finish the sentence “lots of you have already tried…” Start with -ing words E.g. spending thousands on advertising, becoming an influencer, hiring a ghostwriter, cold calling, writing spam emails, spending thousands on courses
What is the name of your niche or audience? Use plural words. E.g. new Mums, funnel builders, pro-golfers, website owners, business owners
What’s a misconception that they have which is wrong about reaching their goals? Fill in the blank “you might think that you…but you’d be wrong.” E.g. have to create thousands of videos, have to be a naturally talented writer, either have it or your don’t, can only charge more if you have experience
What’s an internal fear they have which stops them from taking action? Finish the sentence “even if deep down you feel that…” E.g. you hate looking at yourself on camera, you’re not a natural writer, you don’t deserve success, you’re not worth more
Think of a massive looming event that your audience has no control over. What is the biggest threat or opportunity that is heading towards them? It could be a technological, economic or sociological threat or opportunity that they need to be aware of. E.g. Facebook ad costs are rising all the times, it’s harder than ever to rank a website on Google, there are more people watching YouTube than ever, more people are looking to reduce their carbon footprint, another government strike will happen
What happens when that threat/opportunity comes true or happens? E.g. only advertisers who have already been advertising will be able to afford to continue, you have to spend more money and wait longer before you start seeing traffic, you could be talking to and selling to more people for free than ever, customers are looking for eco-friendly options to show off to their family, loans and bailouts will halt and cause massive economic repercussions
Doesn’t have to be massive (but great if it is), but something that just would be easier if it wasn’t there. E.g. it’s impossible to measure conversions accurately, your staff always seem to have excuses, every other marketer you’ve hired has “gun and done” mentality, no one seems to call you back
E.g. Content Architect, Five Figure Funnels, Growth Accelerator, Launch Pad, Weekly Coaching
What’s your social pitch or bio? What expert credentials do you have which means people should trust you? If you need help building your bio, use or Pitch Blueprint here. Finish the sentence “my name is [name] and I’m…”

What question do people ask before buying? What often prevents people from buying from you? Write the entire question/objective from the perspective of the customer. E.g. What if I’ve never tried advertising before? It seems like a lot of money. Why can’t I just get someone else to do this? I don’t have any good ideas.
How do you turn that common objection? Remember to agree, acknowledge and turn. Or Feel, Felt, Found. E.g. It can seem like you need to be a natural writer in order to write a book, and in our experience it turns out that everyone is a natural writer with the right tools and training. I totally understand how you feel, lots of businesses have felt the same way, and what we've found is that over time our solution works out to be more reliable when compared over time.
30 day money back guarantee? Satisfaction guarantee? How are you going to remove all risk from the purchase and convince the customer to buy? E.g. If you’re not totally happy with the workshop, we offer a full refund and satisfaction guarantee. If you do decide to buy we’ll even take the cost of this purchase off your next full project.
Testimonials, screenshots, case studies etc.
List out each stage of your process. Make them benefit focused so the reader understands their purpose. Start with the step or stage number, then a few words on what that stage is. E.g. Step 1: Define the perfect niche, Step 2: Justify a $25K price tag
Do they need to buy now, book a call, or sign up? What is the actual action they’re taking to make the purchase? E.g. Sign up, Book a call, Download
Include the currency symbol. E.g. $497, £9997, $19 per month
Your Final Social Pitch will be sent to that Email Adress!
